  IAR will invoice sponsors directly. Company logos can be applied on aircraft. Sponsor’s promotional wear (T-shirts, caps, jackets) can be used to represent sponsors during evening reception only to the exception of  the award ceremonies.

List of selected hotels & camping will be available upon registration.

The following is included in the registration fee:

• Planning, organisation, reservations, supervision, VFR Flight plans, coordination, in-flight and ground assistance
• No landing fee on IAR route
• No fees charged for activities or seminars organised by the hosting committee
• T-shirts (4) supplied by Air Rally
• Land transportation free and provided at each "Air Rally destination"
