A grand loop from the Dominican Republic through Aruba and Panama, out to Ecuador for a five-day all-inclusive Galápagos charter, then home by way of Mexico. Capped at just 6 aircraft.

    Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

    Tuesday, April 20.

  • Day 2–3

    Aruba

    Wednesday, April 21 – Thursday, April 22.

  • Day 4–6

    Panama City, Panama

    Friday, April 23 – Sunday, April 25.

  • Day 7

    Guayaquil, Ecuador

    Monday, April 26 — park your plane for 7 days.

  • Day 8–13

    Galápagos

    Tuesday, April 27 – Sunday, May 2. Round-trip flights and a 5-day all-inclusive private charter (Apr 27–May 1) included, plus national park entrance, transit control card, and fuel surcharge.

  • Day 14

    Panama City, Panama

    Monday, May 3.

  • Day 15

    Tulum, Mexico

    Tuesday, May 4.

  • Day 16

    Fort Lauderdale

    Wednesday, May 5 — journey’s end.

Pricing & Payments

What it costs, and when it’s due.

Team Registration Fee$11,300 / person (dbl. occ.)
Aircraft Registration Fee$2,000 (non-refundable)
Payment 1 — At Registration$2,000 pp deposit + $2,000 aircraft fee
Payment 2 — Nov 15, 2026$9,300 pp balance

Cancellation policy: the $2,000 aircraft fee is non-refundable. The $2,000/pp team deposit refunds if cancelled before November 1, 2026; the $9,300/pp balance refunds if cancelled before December 1, 2026.
